Policies
Please, no smoking and no pets. Arrival after 4 PM, departure by 10 AM. One vehicle only allowed in covered garage; other vehicles can be parked outside garage.Deposits
$500 damage deposit (refundable) will be required to confirm your reservation. We will hold your date request for only 10 days pending receipt of the deposit. Full payment and a non-refundable exit fee of $115 is due 30 days prior to arrival. All rates are subject to a 12.5% sales/resort tax. Rates are in US dollars and subject to change without notice.Refunds
Refunds for cancellations greater than 30 days before arrival are subject to an administrative fee of 10% of rental. Cancellations between 30 days and 7 days before arrival are subject to a 50% refund of rental fee. No refunds on rental fee if canceled less than 7 days before arrival, unless property is able to be rented for the same time period. Damage deposit will be refunded, minus any applicable fees.
